Dealer Funnel reporting gives you a clear, data-driven picture of how your team and your marketing channels are performing. Whether you want to know which lead source is driving the most appointments, which agents respond the fastest, or how many Google review requests converted into actual reviews, every answer is a few clicks away. All reports share a consistent interface — date range filtering, agent-level filtering, and one-click CSV export — so you can slice the data any way you need and share it with your management team or ownership group.

Why Reporting Matters

Understanding your data is the difference between guessing and growing. Dealer Funnel reports help you answer three critical questions:
  • Which channels drive the best leads? The Lead Sources report reveals which acquisition channels produce leads that actually respond, set appointments, and buy — so you can double down on what works and cut what doesn’t.
  • Which agents perform best? The User Stats report breaks down every metric that matters — response time, appointments set, leads worked — so you can coach underperformers and recognize top producers.
  • Where does the funnel leak? By comparing response rates to appointment rates to sold rates across your reports, you can pinpoint exactly where leads drop off and take targeted action to fix it.

Common Features Across All Reports

Every report in Dealer Funnel includes the same core tools so you always know how to filter and export your data, regardless of which report you’re viewing.

Date Range Filter

At the top of every report, you’ll find a date range picker with a start date and an end date. Set the range to match the period you want to analyze — today, last week, last month, or any custom window. The report updates instantly when you apply the filter.

Agent / User Filter

Most reports include an agent filter that lets you narrow the data to a single team member. Use this filter when you want to review one agent’s performance in a one-on-one meeting or compare two agents side by side by pulling separate exports.

CSV Export

Every report can be exported to a spreadsheet for further analysis or reporting to ownership. Click the Export CSV button in the upper-right corner of any report to download the currently filtered data as a CSV file. The export respects your active date range and agent filters, so what you see on screen is exactly what you get in the file.

How to Navigate to Reports

To access any report, click Reports in the left-hand navigation menu. The Reports section expands to show each individual report. Click the report name to open it. All reports load with a default date range of the current month, which you can adjust at any time.
