How to Access the Dealership Profile
- Agency Admins: Click Settings in the left navigation menu, then click Dealership Profile.
- Client Edit page: Agency admins managing multiple rooftops can also access and edit each store’s profile from the client management page in the agency dashboard.
Profile Fields
Dealership Name
Enter your dealership’s full legal or DBA name as you want it to appear in customer-facing communications. This name appears in:- Automated message signatures (e.g., “Thanks for reaching out to [Dealership Name]!”)
- AI assistant prompts and responses
- Email headers
Address
Enter your dealership’s physical street address, city, state, and ZIP code. The address is used for:- Dealer Funnel’s weather-based message personalization features (some automated messages reference local weather conditions)
- Direction links sent to customers confirming appointment locations
- Display on customer-facing confirmation messages
Timezone
Select the correct timezone for your dealership’s location from the dropdown menu. This is one of the most important settings in your entire account.Every scheduled message, automated funnel send, reminder, and report in Dealer Funnel uses the timezone you set here. If your timezone is incorrect, automated messages may go out at the wrong time of day, and your report data may not align with your local business hours. Double-check this setting any time you notice messages sending at unexpected times.
Logo
Upload your dealership’s logo to use in email headers and branded templates. For best results, upload a PNG file with a transparent background at a minimum width of 300 pixels. The logo appears at the top of outbound email messages sent through Dealer Funnel.Brand Color
Enter a hex color code (e.g.,#E10000) that matches your dealership’s primary brand color. This color is used in:
- The SMS widget floating button on your website
- Email template accents and call-to-action buttons
- Branded customer-facing pages
Business Hours
Business hours tell Dealer Funnel when it is and isn’t appropriate to send automated messages. Configuring accurate hours protects your customers from receiving texts at inconvenient times and ensures your funnel messages arrive when someone is available to respond.Setting Your Hours
For each day of the week, you can:- Set open and close times by clicking the time fields and selecting your dealership’s operating hours for that day
- Mark the dealership as closed by toggling the day off — automated messages will not send on closed days
What Business Hours Control
Your business hours settings affect two key areas:- Automated funnel messages: If a funnel message is scheduled to go out at a time when your dealership is closed (including nights, early mornings, and days marked as closed), Dealer Funnel holds the message and sends it at the start of your next open period.
- Reminder message timing: Appointment reminders and follow-up reminders use your business hours to determine the most appropriate send time.
