Appointment Statuses
Every appointment in Dealer Funnel carries a status that reflects exactly where things stand. Keeping statuses up to date gives you accurate reporting and triggers the right automated follow-up messages. The Appointments Page
The Appointments page is your team’s command center for all scheduled activity. Access it by clicking Appointments in the left navigation menu.Table View
The default view displays a filterable table of every appointment in your account. Each row shows:- Lead Name — click to open the linked conversation
- Appointment Date & Time — sorted chronologically by default
- Appointment Type — such as Sales Visit, Test Drive, Service, or Phone Call
- Status — color-coded for quick scanning
- Assigned Agent — the team member responsible for the appointment
Calendar View
Switch to the Calendar tab to see your appointments laid out visually by month or week. Each appointment appears as an event block on the calendar, color-coded by status. The calendar view is especially useful for spotting scheduling conflicts, identifying busy days, and getting a quick picture of what’s coming up for your team. Click any event on the calendar to open the appointment details, update the status, or make edits.Appointment Reporting
Dealer Funnel tracks appointment outcomes automatically so you always know how your team is performing. The Appointments report breaks down:- Show Rate — the percentage of pending appointments that resulted in a Showed status
- No-Show Rate — the percentage of appointments where the lead did not arrive
- Appointments by Agent — a breakdown of how many appointments each team member is setting and their individual show rates
Appointment data in reports reflects the statuses your team has logged. Make sure agents update appointment outcomes promptly after each visit so your reporting stays accurate.
