# Dealer Funnel Integrations: Connect Your Tech Stack

> Dealer Funnel connects to your CRM, DMS, SMS provider, email platform, Facebook, and Google so every lead channel flows into one inbox.

Dealer Funnel is built around one idea: your team should never have to jump between multiple systems to work a lead. Every integration listed here is designed to eliminate manual data entry, prevent leads from falling through the cracks, and keep your existing tools — your CRM, your phone system, your Facebook page — synchronized with the conversations happening in Dealer Funnel. When a lead comes in from any source, it lands in one inbox, and everything your team does flows back to the systems of record your managers already rely on.

## Why integrations matter

Without integrations, your team faces a painful choice: work leads in Dealer Funnel and re-enter data into your CRM manually, or stay in the CRM and lose the speed and automation Dealer Funnel provides. Neither option is acceptable at scale. Dealer Funnel's integrations solve this by keeping both systems in sync automatically — leads flow in, status updates and notes flow back, and no one has to touch two keyboards to accomplish one task.

## Two categories of integrations

### CRM & DMS integrations

These integrations create a bi-directional sync between Dealer Funnel and your dealership's CRM or DMS. New leads created in your CRM appear in Dealer Funnel within minutes. When your agents update a lead status, add a note, or set an appointment in Dealer Funnel, those changes write back to your CRM automatically. This keeps your managers' CRM reporting accurate without requiring agents to duplicate their work.

### Communication channel integrations

* **Twilio SMS & Voice** — all SMS messaging and in-browser calling
* **Facebook Messenger & Lead Ads** — Facebook conversations and lead form submissions
* **Email (Mailgun)** — outbound and inbound email via your dealership domain
* **Google Reviews** — automated review request SMS and AI-powered review replies

## How to access integration settings

Only agency admins and dealership admins can configure integrations. To access the integrations panel, navigate to **Settings → Integrations** from the left sidebar. Each integration has its own configuration card where you can enter credentials, toggle sync options, and test the connection.
